Located in beautiful Bend, Oregon at the Central Oregon Community College campus, the Early Learning Conference is an opportunity for early learning educators, colleagues, and advocates to grow and continue this deeply meaningful work.

This event is hosted by the Central Oregon Chapter of the Oregon Association for the Education of Young Children (COC-ORAEYC) and the Early Childhood Education program at Central Oregon Community College.

To ensure a comfortable and spacious experience for both participants and vendors, the registration and vendor area for the Early Learning Conference has been relocated to Mazama Gym. Clear directional signage will be provided to assist you in finding the new location. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to enhance your conference experience.

After April 10th at midnight registration fees increase by $10 & $5 for students.

Online Registration Ends:

Midnight April 23, 2026

Late Registration On Site:
