Attend the 2025 Early Learning Conference

April 25th & 26th, 2025

In this convivial atmosphere, we extend our warmest wishes for a conference filled with connections, insights, and a generous sprinkle of joy. Welcome to a journey of learning – a journey we are thrilled to embark upon with you.

The Early Learning Conference, a flagship event for early childhood educators, had its humble beginnings in 1992 with just 100 passionate attendees and 10 enlightening sessions in Central Oregon. Over the years, it has evolved into a premier gathering, attracting over 500 educators in 2023.

The Central Oregon Chapter of the Oregon Association for the Education of Young Children proudly hosts this transformative event. Our commitment is to foster collaboration among leaders from diverse areas of expertise, working hand-in-hand with families, communities, and educational partners to create positive, meaningful, and transformative differences in the lives of children.

The mission of the Early Learning Conference is to empower educators with the knowledge and tools they need to provide exceptional early childhood education. We believe in the collective power of educators, families, communities, and partners to create a positive and lasting impact on the lives of young learners.

We invite you to be a part of this enriching experience. Whether you are a seasoned educator or a newcomer in the field, the Annual Early Learning Conference promises valuable insights, networking opportunities, and a chance to contribute to the advancement of early childhood education.

Important Update: Conference Certificates

In alignment with our theme of going digital, completion stickers will no longer be available. Instead, a digital Certificate of Completion can be downloaded directly from our website at www.earlylearning.co after the conference weekend.

Please note:

  • This certificate is for general use only and does not meet the criteria for upload to the Oregon Registry Online (ORO).
  • NeighborImpact Child Care Resources will record attendance directly using the official sign-in rosters.

For detailed attendance records and updates, please refer to your ORO account. Thank you for embracing this eco-friendly change!

Important Announcement: Registration and Vendor Area Relocation

To ensure a comfortable and spacious experience for both participants and vendors, the registration and vendor area for the Early Learning Conference has been relocated to Mazama Gym. Clear directional signage will be provided to assist you in finding the new location. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to enhance your conference experience.

“As a new attendee of the Early Learning Conference, I was amazed to see how many people came together to educate themselves and others about children. One of the significant benefits of attending the conference for me was getting in depth information about topics that are not easily accessible. I recommend attending if you have children in your life. With a variety of sessions offered, there’s something for everyone! I had a great time during the sessions. Not only was the information shared super interesting, but the sessions themselves were enjoyable too. My hope for the future of the conference is for it to continue growing and expanding. I believe that the Early Learning Conference is an exceptional resource and event that offers unparalleled information and a sense of togetherness at the same time. It deserves to be shared and made accessible to a wider audience.”

Every year I attend the Early Learning Conference I walk away inspired and empowered in the path that I’m taking. It truly opens my eyes to all the possibilities that pursuing Early Learning Education holds! It’s so much fun being around like-minded professionals, it’s one of my favorite events of the whole year!

“The conference is a great way to learn new skills and techniques to use with children, sharing and gaining information from our peers that work in the same field of ECE. I enjoy getting reacquainted with educators that I have worked with in the past.”
